In addition to mass immunization clinics, the Teton County Health Department will be mobilizing a team to bring COVID-19 vaccination directly to those who are unable to leave their homes to seek vaccination. This services in intended for individuals who qualify for vaccination in phase 1b and are homebound or do not have access to transportation. To learn more about this service, individuals can call the Teton County Health Department at 466-2562 or email email@example.com. The health department is asking local senior centers, home health workers, food pantries, the Teton County Council on Aging, and others to help inform qualifying individuals that this service is available to them.
